Currently, it is mandatory to synchronize all existing items in an Azdo area,
whereas I would like to be able to choose to synchronize only the items reported from tracking to Azdo to update their status.
In other words, within the context of a feedback board, I would like to synchronize only the BUGS I created from tracking to Azdo to update their status: I have 10 bugs synchronized in my board, whereas I have 700 in Azdo, and I only want to synchronize my 10 existing bugs in tracking.

A little heads-up: this feature has just been released to production. 
We have added filtering options to the Azure DevOps synchronization, in order to reduce the number of Work Items retrieved by Suivi when the AZDO project contains many elements.
The idea is to be able to add filtering conditions to the WIQL query used by the connector, with an AND or OR logic, to synchronize only the Work Items truly useful for your use cases.
The documentation will be completed soon, but the feature is already available. You can therefore test it now from the Azure DevOps connector options.
Your feedback will be very useful to validate that this covers the expected scenarios.
