In Suivi, ultimately the most practical feature is Excel data import with attribute mapping!
For example, when I want to build a demo board linked to a specific use case, I use this feature:
- first, I build a prompt in a chatbot like Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT: “Can you create a structured Excel file for an industrial project (e.g., sale, manufacturing, delivery, and installation of a machine), with phases, detailed tasks, enriched key actions, durations, provisional dates, milestones, identifiers, and statuses."
- I can refine the prompt to precisely orient it towards the business of the client/prospect for whom I want to create a demonstration.
- I retrieve an Excel file as a result of the conversation
- Then in Suivi, I create an empty board, and then I use the “import CSV data” function
- Suivi suggests creating attributes corresponding to the file’s fields
In the end, I have a board template and ready-to-use data: a super fast way to build a demo dataset dedicated to a client!!!
