Today, when a deliverable attribute is configured only with internal storage, teams already working with SharePoint often have to manage duplicate repositories, maintain multiple document locations, and manually verify the correct file version.
With SharePoint mode for deliverable attributes, Suivi now allows deposits to be directed straight to the correct document repository, without breaking the user journey or requiring additional manipulation.
This evolution is aimed at organizations that have already structured their document management in SharePoint and want to find this logic directly in Suivi, with robust and consistent configuration settings.
How does it work?

The configurator creates or modifies a deliverable attribute.

They choose the SharePoint storage mode.

They select one or more authorized root folders.

When a user uploads a document via this attribute, Suivi sends the file to the designated SharePoint location.

In case of a problem, an explicit message indicates the cause of the failure: insufficient rights, inaccessible folder, deleted target, or expired connection.
