Recreating a client portal manually takes time, mobilizes experts, and increases the risk of errors on pages, boards, rights, and navigation.
Our goal with this new feature: to allow you to clone a complete portal in a few actions, to immediately start from a reliable, consistent, and ready-to-adapt base.
This evolution was designed for teams that industrialize their deployments, particularly in consulting contexts, multi-client delivery, or duplication between workspaces.
How does it work?
-
Choose a source portal to use as a duplication base.
-
Name the copy and indicate if you wish to inherit the rights rules from the original portal.
-
The system recreates the portal structure, including pages, referenced boards, and useful links between content.
-
You get a new autonomous, navigable, and consistent portal, ready to be customized for a new client, a new context, or another workspace.
-
For more industrialized uses, duplication can also be triggered via API.

Concretely, for whom?
-
Consultants and administrators who want to quickly launch a new client portal from a proven template.
-
Delivery teams who need to replicate a robust Suivi offering from one client to another, without starting from scratch.
-
Product or operations teams who wish to duplicate a portal to another workspace within the same tenant — or to another tenant — to test, adapt, or deploy an existing setup.
Good to know
This first version focuses on the complete duplication of a portal and the preservation of its structural consistency.
A few scope points to keep in mind:
-
V1 does not cover advanced content customization during duplication.
-
It does not redesign the rights management experience: a simple option allows you to inherit the existing matrix or not.
-
It does not handle all complex cases of manual reconciliation after copying.
-
It does not yet manage the automation of specific business configuration after duplication.
-
Advanced functions for template versioning are not part of this version.
The objective is deliberately clear: to save you time immediately, with reliable and exploitable duplication on a solid SaaS infrastructure.
