Is there a way to include a formula between fields?

I would like to have two fields: Purchased consulting hours; Used consulting hours.

If I set a value in Used consulting hours, then a Remaining consulting hours field should update.

How can I setup a simple formula in my form?

Hello,

Your use case perfectly illustrates the need we want to cover with the “Formula” attribute in Suivi.

It’s not yet in production, but we are currently testing it: so it should arrive very soon!

It will allow you to create a formula like this:

Remaining consulting hours = Purchased consulting hours - Consumed consulting hours

This field will be read-only: the value cannot be modified manually; it will be calculated automatically upon display from the fields referenced in the formula.

As soon as the feature is available, we will communicate about it via our usual product announcement channels:

  • in the “What’s New” category of the forum, where we present important new features;

  • directly in Suivi, via the floating question mark, which provides access to the Home space and the What’s New section to follow the latest product developments.

The goal is for users to be informed at the right time, with a clear presentation of the feature, its use cases, and, when necessary, a link to the associated documentation.

We will therefore be sure to publish a dedicated announcement as soon as the formulas feature is ready for use.
