Today, marking a board or workspace as a favorite doesn’t always guarantee truly immediate access, especially when lists become long.

Our goal is simple: to provide instant and stable access to your most important boards and workspaces, without depending on the length of the full list.

With this evolution, the items you mark as favorites remain visible in Quick Access, to streamline daily navigation and reduce micro-frictions on the most frequent uses.

How it works?

  • You mark one or more boards and/or workspaces as favorites.

  • The system recognizes them as priority access for your profile.

  • They automatically appear in the Quick Access section.

  • You find them immediately, even when your full lists become long and require scrolling.

Specifically, for whom?

This improvement is particularly useful if:

  • you open Suivi several times a day to always access the same critical boards;

  • you work with a large number of boards, which lengthens navigation in lists;

  • you need consistent logic between favorite boards and favorite workspaces, to centralize your priority access in a single visible area.

Good to know

In this first version:

  • boards and workspaces marked as favorites are displayed in Quick Access;

  • the goal is to guarantee their visibility in the existing navigation flow;

  • this evolution does not include a complete navigation redesign;

  • it does not yet add advanced sorting, folders, categories, or automatic recommendations.

We have deliberately favored a simple, robust, and consistent approach: a favorite should produce a clear and predictable result in the experience.

If you already use favorites for your workspaces, this logic remains aligned with existing uses.
